More app languages, refreshed icons, and fixes for saving records and Android logging and backup.

Orphie 1.0.1 is in preparation for iPhone, iPad, and Android. These changes are not yet in the store versions.

New

German, Finnish, Dutch, and Swedish app languages, available during setup and in Settings.
Refreshed indigo app icons.

Distances added by hand keep the exact number you type, without rounding to tenths.
Export notices now state that GPS records cover the drive from Start to End, with paused time excluded.
On Android, forms scroll above the keyboard and clear the camera cutout.
Tapping Save more than once while a save is running no longer creates duplicate vehicles, Driving for entries, or odometer readings.
Orphie checks that your chosen vehicle and Driving for entry still exist before saving a shift or odometer edit.
If your phone closes Orphie in the background, unsaved shifts and forms keep what you typed.
If Orphie cannot read the route after End shift, the review shows an error instead of 0 detected stops.
Exporting a new file no longer deletes an earlier export you have not shared yet.
Start shift no longer stays blocked after your vehicles and Driving for list finish loading.
On Android, if Orphie cannot start GPS logging, the shift screen tells you logging stopped instead of looking active.
On Android, a Google Drive backup setup error no longer stops Orphie from opening, and turning off backup shows an error if it fails.
